Clipper was designed for those who want to leverage Google News for web intelligence.  Clipper offers a simple way to manage, filter, comment and deliver relevant information to target audiences via a newsletter or RSS feed.

Using Clipper you collect news and information based on a subject matter keyword(s).  The articles are derived from Google News and are organized into a collection defined by the user.  With Clipper you can combine multiple subject matters into a single collection.  There is no limit to the number of keywords that can be mixed together to create a collection that matches your target audience.   You can choose to automatically distribute the collection or may manually review, order and add comments to the content prior to publish.

A collection is formated in the form of a newsletter.  Using a custom template, the newsletter can be branded with a header image with URL and footer message.  The newsletter has a user defined title, subject sub-section headings, and an interactive table of contents.  The newsletter can also be formated for consumption on mobile devices.  The published newsletter is also available for retrieval via HTML or RSS feed.
